Here is a a trackside view of the old ACL passenger depot in Thomasville. Thomasville calls itself the "Rose City" thus the roses planted around town. The part of the station seen in the left of this photo bears an inscription on the building that reads "Restaurant" and fittingly enough an Italian restaurant now occupies this space. You can even dine under the restored train shed. |
