Strapac, this unit was built hn February 1966 as SD40 number 8415 (c/n 31496) , upgraded (completed September 18, 1980) and renumbered to SD40R 7322 at Sacrcmento. The upgrading amounted to replacing the installed electronics with Dash-2 equipment. It was retired August 6, 2002, sold to General Electric Credit Corp., then to BHP-BIO in Australia and renumbered to 3087, |
