This is the south end of Bevier St, looking south from the I 81 overpass. There was once a DL&W yard, YO, where all the trees are at right, The yard was on the DL&W Syracuse and Utica Branch-they split at Chenango Forks-and crossed the D&H at the far south end of this yard, which was a D&H facility until CP took over in 1991. The DL&W went across the D&H, then crossed Court St, in the process crossing the Erie-the diamond is on the bridge, as it is today-and joined the DL&W main, and went over across the river to East Binghamton, which was originally a DL&W yard. The south end here has changed a lot over the last 50 years, since EL went into Conrail in 1976
