5 Pack just pulled from storage, now off to the scrapper
This set of TTX 45 foot spine cars show the effects of two years of storage in the bushes south of Watkinsville on the CofG. The obsolete cars have been left here till the next working day when the Athens Line will drag them for their final trip to Center where NS will take them somwhere to be scrapped.

David Stewart General 2 Years? I know 5 and 6 years ago, maybe more there have been a string over towards Elberton with trees growing up through them over the years. Sure would be nice to be there when they take them towards NS. I bet the power and the crews caught hell getting these out and free. 9/20/2009 11:21:34 PM
