Bernie Feltman General The gons don't look tarped 11/21/2009 11:25:08 AM
William H. Davis Jr. General You can't see the tarp from my vantage point here. You have to have an overhead view to see the tarp. I did that one day when I 1st saw one of these 69J'S wondering what was loaded in the Gons so I went on a bridge to see down into them. I wondered if it was steel, but when I saw the tarp covering the load I knew it wasn't steel. It looked like maybe fertilizer or something. I called Casey Thomason an NS Engineer friend of mine & he informed me it was Fly Ash & there was a spill NS was cleaning up in Tennessee I believe. 11/21/2009 1:50:18 PM
