This is 370' tunnel was built in 1838 as part of the Northern Central Railroad. connecting Washington DC with upstate New York. The tunnel is now part of the York County Heritage Rail Trail. The tracks are no longer in operation (last operated by a company offering a dinner/theater excursion).
