WOW! "Railfan" Gary Sample and I (RLJ II) found this cool St. Paul and Pacific GP15 after our chase of CP 2816! We never saw one like this. It is working at Elk Grove, Illinois, May 6, 2024! (Canon T-90 35mm camera, Fuji C200 print film)

The GP 15 was EMD's answer to an updated low horsepower unit that could be used for locals and switching. Conrailhad 100 of them), CNW, Chessie-it wasn't yet CSX-ans MP has sizeable fleets. Some ex CR units are still working on NS. Cool album, lots of good stuff here.
