Note on back by unknown photographer states "CN 3480 (2-8-2) class S-1f (1913) getting ready for service (helper for ?unreadable?) at Niagara Falls (Ont) engine term." MLW, 1913, ex-GTR 575, serial #53945, class M3, Absorbed into the CN roster and renumbered in 1923 to CN 3480. The loco was scrapped in March of 1960. No photographer was listed but the photo credit is Rail Photo Service. |
