| D&RGW Baldwin VO-660 72 at Colorado Springs, Colorado on August 20, 1964, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 72 was built in August 1941 (c/n 64186) and traded to EMD as credit on an order of SD45's on Januar{ 23, 1967. This Baldwin has just brought CB&Q's Denver Zephyr Colorado Springs Connection cars over from the D&RGW side of town to the Santa Fe side for the return thp to Denver. When the northboud Royal Gorge arrives, 72 will tack these cars onto the back of that train. |
