September 2009 the company was acquired by Eurotunnel and SNCF and became finaly Europorte France. It is composed of the French branch of Veolia Cargo acquired by Eurotunnel at the end of November 2009, Europorte 2 and GB Railfreight, acquired from FirstGroup at the beginning of June 2010. |
