Blue building was storehouse. Low brick structure to right was yard office. Front-right of yard office was crew reporting room; we'd get our waybills and orders (and .25 cent coffee) there and deliver inbound paperwork on our return. 2 story building to right was the dorm. What you don't see is the hump that was located just in front of the dorm. The retarders were RIGHT NEXT to the 2nd story windows! My god, the squeling when they were humping was fantastic! Maybe that's why the Conrail guys were so cranky... (I'm was a (man). I would like to point out the tunnel under the west hump (visable above roof of storehouse, to left of GG-1); This is where employees would pass after making off from a trip on their way to their cars. I still remember the safety slogan painted at the entrance to the tunnel: "LET'S ALL BE GLAD WE MADE THIS DAY, AND TRUST TO SAFETY IT WILL STAY THAT WAY"
