Between 1937 and 1938, the CB&Q constructed 150 class SM-19 stock cars at Galesburg, numbered 52000-52149. Unfortunately, the ORER does not list the cars by class, but does show that in 1955 the CB&Q had 845 stock cars in the 52000-53199 number series, in 1969 that number was 823, and in 1971 (BN), that number was 753. |
