WOW! Nice shot. That paint job is amazing. Notice that not only did it need a ladder as Rick pointed out but they knew what spots not to paint over.

The tagger was most likey a RR Employee or someone afflilated with the shipper of this car at one point. The person who did it, is pro. Not a amature. Theres Tricks to painting those hi cars while still on the ground.
