| A former CR GP15 and a GP 38 have 4 cars of local H2A(I swear, NS picks their symbols out of a hat!!) under control at Owego. The train is based in Elmira, and works as far east as Owego, much as CR's WEEL39 did in years past. They will be switching the Ward & Van Scoy mill, whose tower is seen behind the train. |
