Do you know why this is classified as a 59MX?

EMD is rebuilding some Union Pacific SD60Ms, and reclassifying them as SD59M-2 diesels. UP, however, calls them SD59MX diesels. Along with the internal changes, the differ externally primarily by having flared radiators.
