As information, this photo was taken at the D&H car repair shop tracks next to the D&H's old Bevier Street Yard in Binghamton, prior to 1976. From 1968 to about 1974 or so, the D&H and EL had a joint shop force. That would date the picture somehwere in that time period. I worked in the Bevier St yard office for many years, and I recognize Interstate-81 highway bridge going over the shops and diesel tracks.
