CP/SOO SD60 rebuild         
The SOO SD60s have been running to KC, this one on train #170, but this is the first of the CP rebuilds that I've seen. This one was released from its rebuild in Montreal about three weeks prior to it's arrival here. Hate to say it, but it looks pretty good.
