CRIP 4321         
ENID OK Aug 4 1978 -- Rock Island GP38-2 4321 (Texas), U28B 263, GP38-2 4348 (Tom Foster) and GP35 330 haul a mixed freight past a freshly plowed field south of Enid. EMD built the 4321 (b/n 757136-7) in October 1976. After Rock Island's bankruptcy and shutdown the unit was leased by Missouri Pacific in mid-1980 as MP 2259. On Aug 8 1990 the lease transferred to Union Pacific and it became UP 2259. On Dec 15 2000 was renumbered UP 759. After being retired on July 27 2007 it went to GATX Rail Locomotive Group as GMTX 2131.
