CSX SD40-2 8873 on Q438-06         
CSX SD40-2 8873 is the third unit on Q438-07. This unit has a rather interesting history. It was built as PRR SD40 6045, and soon after became PC 6045. Conrail acquired it and renumbered it 6298. Conrail rebuilt this unit into an SD40-2R at a later date and renumbered it 6971
