| IAIS 315270, the last car in this train, carries a red flag in the coupler, not a FRED or EOT device. The car has grabirons between the end ribs, a reinforcement plate centered on the end, and a sign stating "DO NOT HUMP" on the right side of the car. The load appears to be scrap metal of some kind--this train had several gondolas like this one full of scrap. Colfax, IA: 4-21-2012.
