| Sitting pretty, up on the trestle over Narrows Road near milepost 1 on a perfect November morning. This was the trailing engine on a short freight train in need of a new crew. WE 3016 is a former Wisconsin Central 3016, Oxford 3016, and Union Pacific 3016 SD40 built in 1966. Acquired by Wheeling and Lake Erie in 1992 and rebuilt by their Brewster Shops in September 2000. |
