I can't find any reference to any IC 7982xx series 5150's... the 7980xx series are all 5161's, and all the 5150's in the 7982xx-7987xx series are still on the IC/CN roster. I've yet to see a single IC 5150 or 5161 repainted. All that to say: are you sure these are ex IC?

General
They were built as CN 386200-386399 in 1996 by NSC. Then became NSCX 3000-3199 in 1998 in order. Then to IC 798100-798299 in 1999 in order and were then renumbered randomly to the FLOX 79100 series in 2002.
