| We are just south of Excelsior Boulevard on the Canadian Pacific Soo Line MN&S Spur (the former main line of the Minneapolis, Northfield, and Southern railroad), a place I've always wanted to photograph a train at. Lo and behold: by pure luck I finally got to do that! Here comes the northbound CP local which serves Nesbit Siding in Bloomington where CP interchanges with Progessive Rail, operator of the former MN&S "High Line." Today only one loaded gondola is making the return trip to Humbolt Yard. |
