| After chasing a BNSF train down the Barstow sub I was returning to Savanna when I noticed this former SOO caboose sitting in a parking lot south of Savanna. IMRL 11 had spent all of it's last years rotting away in IC&E's Savanna yard on the rip tracks. It had collected some gang tags in recent years, had been vandalized on the inside and was startin to lean off the rails before being sent away. Truck cab says First Capitol Recycling Belmont, WI. |
