CSX 169/137 train K422-19 gets an approach medium signal at Ora south end. CSX 7662/5467 south are in the siding just around the curve. CSX 169/137 would follow CSX 43/519 into the siding at Kilgore on a restricted [lunar] signal for a meet with southbound coal train.
