A different perspective of the old B&M interlocking plant at Johnsonville, NY  Contributor's Pick!
This tower once controlled the junction of the western main line of the B&M (to Rotterdam Jct), and the passenger line down to Troy, NY Union Station; long-ago abandoned and torn up. Here you see Johnsonville Tower from the open Dutch window in the vestibule of the first car (dome) on the train. It's a popular photo prop for many of us who railfan the west end of Pan Am Railways.
