| A WSOR crew brings this UP ballast train around the bend and through Madison's Isthmus. The green space to the left of the tracks is the future site of Madison's proposed Central Park. The plans include relocating the railroad tracks, a task easier said than done when you conisder that the UP owns the tracks. |
