Allan Richards General Mr. Power, Great picture, but the description is off. This unit was never used by Phoenix except for display. It was a TTC operated unit. It is a 1952 as I recall and not from the early 1900's. At the time of your photo I was Superintendent of Traction and Mining at ARM and the 4607 was my project.
