Last Remnant of the Old East Bay Terminal         
This lone switch in the middle of Market Street serves as the only reminder that the intersection of 1st Street and Market Street was the turning point for streetcars to go to the East Bay Terminal to meet the electric trains that once ran on the bottom deck of the Bay Bridge.
