Richard Marchi	General	If I recall from what I have seen here in Canada, this is a flat car with rails on it to carry MW equipment. The end part is used to load / unload the equipment at track level (it unfolds into a ramp). They put temporary pieces of rail between the cars and can run MW equipment up to the first flat behind the engine.	7/2/2013 3:40:10 PM
