A couple of possibilities: STAX *OCI CHEMICAL CORPORATION [(RPBX) RHONE-POULENC BASIC CHEMICALS CO.; and STAX STATOIL MARKETING & TRADING (US), INC. I know it's not STAX Records, nice inventory shots.

They had hazardous materials placard 1267 (petroleum crude oil) so STAX STATOIL MARKETING & TRADING (US), INC. would be a good guess.
