| While waiting for CSX action at the Willis Av bridge in Syracuse, I heard something behind me. Working in the Solvay Paperboard plant was the Finger Lakes RR local. They operate several cast off ex NYC branch lines in their namesake region, using power that has been painted in a scheme that honors the lines ancestor. |
