Stu Nicholson	General	Part of Silcott's business is rehabbing locomotives. These two are reportedly owned by the Wellsboro & Corning RR, so I'm guessing hey are destined for a rail tourism operation or a dinner train. They are both ex-CPR.	1/9/2014 8:28:45 AM
