| N&W 140217, a triple hopper car, is in the former C&O yard in St Albans, WV in May of 1978 (date is uncertain). The car has the current "NW" lettering, the car number, and not much else in the way of lettering. The mainline tracks are in the foreground and the Coal River branch trackage is barely visible at the bottom of this photo. The dispatcher's office is out of sight to the right. |
