Jacob Rajlich	General	3811 is now GMTX 2800, and 3812 is now GMTX 2801. Both have been rebuilt to GP38-2s and are leased to the East Penn Railroad (ESPN) in ESPN colors, per Trains Magazine.	1/12/2015 2:50:54 PM
