CN local is about to pass under the E. College Ave. bridge as it descends the grade into the Flats with 34 cars via former C&NW rails at Appleton, WI on 14 Apr. '14. The terrain has been temporarily decorated with the remnants of a few inches of late-season snow which fell the night before.
