| Thanks to the needs of the Hormel plant, a piece of ex-Chicago Great Western track was kept in place even after the Chicago and North Western vacated Austin in 1984. Today the Canadian Pacific's Iowa, Chicago, and Eastern serves Hormel on these rusty but durable rails. |
