The HDR 300 operates very quietly and runs about most of the time in battery-electric mode. During my 45 minutes watch, I noticed its engine only running once. In preliminary tests done by JR the HD300 showed significant savings in fuel, noise and emissions over the DE series. -Seems like the Brakeman needs a place to sit a few...! |
