Marty Bernard General Here's what I found out about this strange bird, "C&NW 702 equipped with an ALCo/GE RS design short hood (height raised to match EMD cab). Date of application not known, probably removed when replaced by low EMD design short hood, sometime before 1968." 9/4/2007 8:28:37 PM
