A Neenah/Menasha local moves in to couple with two boxcars and remove them from Neenah Paper. The local is working an industrial spur that was once CNW's main line thru the Fox Valley to Green Bay. The middle section of the line thru Neenah was pulled up after the area became a one railroad town. Soo Line spun off Lake States, which was sold to the modern incarnation of Wisconsin Central. Chicago and Northwestern was sold off to become the Fox River Valley Railroad, which also was bought out by the Wisconsin Central. Wisconsin Central, was sold off to Canadian National. |
