Tom Beckett	General	This unit was one of five ex RDG GP39-2's that were rebuilt at MK in Mountain Top PA around 1989-the 1985 date on the photo here is not correct. They were in the D&H 7400 series. CSX had put up financing for the rebuild, to assist NYSW with the directed service operation of the D&H after Guilford put them in bankruptcy in 1988. Once CP took over the D&H in 1990, the units went to CSX-along with 20 of the NYSW B 40-8's(NYSW 4010-4048, even numbers only), which CSX had also financed.	7/14/2015 12:30:24 AM
