OIBU   Contributor's Pick!
This area has seen a lot of changes. You wouldnt know it from this photo, but there was a double track main line to the left of the train up til 1959, that of the Lackawanna. Gone without a trace, 33 years later. The bridge in the foreground would be replaced with a culvert in a couple of years when Conrail single tracked the line here. Today's view is of OIBU, a short 24 cars of it, seen from the NY 352 overpass.
