| ELOI has made a pick up at M-K Hornell, which was rebuilding a fleet of R 32 and R 46 subway cars for NYCTA at the time. Usually BUOI got this task, but it must have been running late, or heavy, and ELOI, which was usually a light train, made the pick up. Too bad we didnt know it was out there-it would have been three trains on the EL Main Line west of Hornell that day, an unheard of occurrence for us. |
