NS/DL dispatcher call box  Contributor's Pick!       
Call box in Slateford yard, connects to dispatchers: DL in Scranton, NS in Allentown. Looking close at it I think its an Erie Lackawanna box, as the others Conrail installed in the 80s are of newer construction.
