HTW 2-6-0 #5 - Hoosac Tunnel & Wilmington RR  Contributor's Pick!       
Originally built by Baldwin in 1924 for the Washington, Brandywine & Point Lookout RR, it served the railroad for about 15 years before being sold to the Hoosac Tunnel & Wilmington RR in August of 1938. It worked the 25 miles between the Hoosac Tunnel in Massachusetts and Wilmington, Vermont, until being retired and scrapped in 1949. Photo creidt goes to Colin Menzies III (photogrpaher or photo collection). Exact location along the 25 mile ROW is unknown.
