Harry Edmunds	General	These "dimples" usually happen during the welding of the side segments but don't pose any problems with the overall integrity of the car. They may look like damage spots but are actually quite common on new rolling stock, especially covered hoppers of this type.	1/23/2016 12:18:32 PM
