Tony Fernandez	General	The cited date for this picture is in error. The album cites `KC in the 1980s,' and judging by the condition of the paint on the 2nd unit, B23-7 #164 which received its UP number in Sep 1987, I suspect the photo should be dated circa late 1987/early 1988.	4/12/2008 11:18:16 AM
