PRR 2000, BF-16, 1966
E&M. Here is an original photo that I took at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Juniata E&M Shop Yard in Altoona, Pennsylvania, during April of 1966. Shown here is an A-B-B-B-A set of "Sharks," headed by PRR engine #2000 ~ a BF-16 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1951 and rated at 1,600 horsepower. Visible on the right is the southern side of the E&M Shop, the side toward the mainline and the Yards.
