SRS. Here is an original telephoto view that I took of the Pennsylvania Railroad's Reclamation Plant in Frankstown, Pennsylvania, during March of 1966. Visible in the foreground are the lead tracks to the Westbound Hump. The big gash in the Earth is a defunct stone quarry, located across the West Branch of the Juniata River (not visible). Locke Mountain is visible in the far distance. This southeasterly view taken from atop Bald Hill. |
