Most northern line in Europe  Contributor's Pick!
The biggest Ore Mine is located in Kiruna, northern Sweden. The mine itself is on top left, the train loading facilities in the lower middle of the picture. Trains run along a loop, usually clockwise. Part of the city has to be removed within the next 20 years because of sliding down into the mine system. In total, approximately 5,000 homes and 700 000 square meters of housing and premises have to be replaced. This means that around 10,000 people, about a quarter of the population, will have to move.
